Shipping policy

Every box of RTEA is packed with love

from the time that it is blended to the time that it arrives at your door. 

 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. In some case (e.g., pre-order), may be delayed due to the hand packed. We will try to process as soon as possible.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Please note, if you make a very big order, due to packaging restriction, size and shapes, you may receive your items in a separate shipment to prevent damage.

Please be patient. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. 

Shipping rates 

We offer a Free Standard Shipping for orders over $100 Australia wide.

Flat Rate Standard Shipping of $12 Australia wide for orders under $100.

Express Shipping from $20 or charges by weight Australia wide.

International shipping will be available soon.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
